Independent Living Instructor
What does an Independent Living Instructor do? You would work one-one with people with developmental disabilities who live independently or with family. You would empower your clients to reach their personal independence and community participation goals. You would teach life skills in a motivating, personalized, and professional environment. As a full-time coach, you would have a caseload of around 5-9 clients. The caseloads are concentrated throughout Alameda County, Contra Costa County, San Francisco and San Mateo County.
Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
What does a PCA do? You would provide 1:1 support to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout their communities! Sentry Living Solutions support clients in Alameda County, Solano, Contra Costa, and Napa County. We provide support to a diverse age group of adults with various support needs. Your goal would be to provide respectful, personal, and motivating services that enable our clients to participate in all aspects of their community, and lead meaningful lives centered around independence and empowerment.
Behavorial Technician (BT)
What does a BT do? You would provide 1:1 support to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. Collect and record data on client behavior, assist with parent caregiving training, and ensure proper documentation. Communicate with parents and caregivers, use safe handling procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and assist with preparation of client's materials.
Job Coach Employment Services
As a Job Coach, you’ll be a mentor, advocate, and guide for adults with IDD, supporting them in finding meaningful employment and achieving long-term success. Every day, you’ll make a difference by providing one-on-one coaching, workplace support, and job development assistance to help clients reach their full potential.
